素敵CD紹介-Christmas Carols from Westminster Abbey（ウェストミンスター大聖堂聖歌隊）

ウェストミンスター大聖堂聖歌隊といえば、英国を代表する聖歌隊のひとつ。彼らのレコーディングはもちろん山のようにあるのですが、個人的に好きな”Once In Royal David’s City”をはじめとして、伝統的なキャロルをたくさん集めたのがこちらの“Christmas Carols from Westminster Abbey”。
ボーイソプラノが美しいですね。気合いを入れて聴くというよりも、個人的にはBGMとしてひそやかに流していたいタイプのアルバムです。
